A pleasant aroma of Moscato infuses this soft, sparkling, rosé wine. With delicate hints of strawberry jam it comes from the Incrocio Manzoni 13.0.25 variety, son of Moscato d’Amburgo and Raboso Piave.

WINEMAKING METHOD
Cold maceration under soft pressure with cold filtering so as to slow down the fermentation.
SPUMANTIZZAZIONE
Second fermentation (or spumantizzazione) in the autoclave under controlled temperature (known as the “Charmat” method or “Italian method”).
